9/27 ASTROLOGY MOVEMENT JOURNEY
10:30am - 12:30pm with Brooke the Bluejay Fae
This workshop is an experiential ritual for coming to life! In this two-hour immersion, we will attune to the planetary energies through visualization, integrate and embody them through a guided movement journey, and travel a level deeper with the creative imagination through the rhythm of the drum. Astrology is an incredible tool for self-reflection and bringing us into the current of our evolutionary becoming. This ritual invites this process through embodiment, integration, insight, release and renewal (as we too are the snake shedding its own skin…). Rooted in elemental magic and shared presence, this circle is here to help us all re-member ourselves and arrive into a wider lucidity in our lives, interwoven and free, threads of the Great Story.
This September we will be exploring the Nodes of Fate
Guided by Brooke the Bluejay Fae
We are capping this circle at 17! Reserve your space at:

MONTHLY ECSTATIC DANCE
E C S T A T I C D A N C E
every First Sunday @ HOWL
$20 | register online
floor open at 6:30 | circle begins at 7:00
Ecstatic Dance is a journey of sound + movement for healing, celebration and communion. We begin with a circle to set the guidelines of the container and initiate a 90-minute journey through sound and movement. Some guidelines include no-talking, staying for the duration, releasing judgement of self and others, and being in your own journey. There is no guidance aside from your inner world. Follow You.
This is a substance-free event; let the music + the dance be thy medicine~
Arrive EARLY if you would like tea, cacao, or other beverages. An altar will be formed in the space, so please feel free to bring an item you would like to be charged in the energy of the dance!
See you at the HOUSE

9.12 MONTHLY TEA TASTING
Caleb will brewing and pouring tea + tea knowledge from 5:30 'till 7:30! $15 bottomless teacup 🍵
This month we will be tasting...
🍂 Red Jade White Tea
This mildly oxidized white tea is made from the Hong Yu #18 cultivar. While this batch is from this year it acts much more mature than it's age would suggest. The first notes are strawberries on the high end and dates on the low end and is somehow both fresh and warming at the same time.
🍂 Imperial Gold Needle
This is a spring harvested red tea from Simoa in Ning'Er county. This area is known for its pu'er production but also for it's rich honey red teas. This is a sibling of the infamous Silver Needle, being made completely of the robust, hairy buds. Fully oxidized this tea takes on malty notes that lean heavily towards caramel and chocolate, with light citrus notes at the top. It has quickly become a house favorite.
🍂 Nuò Mǐ Xiāng Shu Bì,
or sticky rice shu pu'er, is a ripe pu'er that has been scented with Nuò Mǐ Xiāng, an aromatic herb that smells remarkably like a fresh pot of cooked rice. It has warming and savory notes perfectly overlapping the characteristic Nannuo pu'er flavor. This tea has been pressed into coin shapes, making it ideal for single gongfu sessions.
🍂 WCT Jin Xuan milk oolong
One of our favorite kinds of tea around here is milk oolong. Lately we've had a GABA version and an actual milk steamed version, which tend to be very buttery and nutty. This one comes to us from the West China Tea Company and is much more floral and sweet while still expressing some butter notes. It's probably my favorite version of this tea.
see you soon~ 🍵
