Calling all poets, earth dancers and dawn muses, calling the ones scribbling words on napkins, calling the ones humming a song under their breath, feeling a melody in their marrow, hearing a symphony in morning birdsong, in the hoots of owl, in the dark rustle of bats in groaning trees. Calling the ones who feel the fire in their belly, who touch the night beneath their sternum, who court the shadows of their heart and braid the hair of their own demons, beckoning forth the inner knowing, that darkness is the counterpart to light, that the shadows need to sing and we must lend them our voice.

Ecstatic Dance is a journey of sound + movement for healing, celebration and communion. We begin with a circle to set the guidelines of the container and initiate a 90-minute journey through sound and movement. Some guidelines include no-talking, staying for the duration, releasing judgement of self and others, and being in your own journey. There is no guidance aside from your inner world. Follow You.
This is a substance-free event; let the music + the dance be thy medicine
Arrive EARLY if you would like tea, cacao, or other beverages. An altar will be formed in the space, so please feel free to bring an item you would like to be charged in the energy of the dance!

SATURDAY 10/17 TEA TASTING
It’s that time again—when the nights grow longer, the veils grow thinner, and the teas turn a little darker. Our spookiest tasting of the year is here. Come share in an evening of enchantment, flavor, and a touch of the uncanny.
This month we will be tasting...
🍂Kitchen Witch
Every leaf a charm, every cup a spell. Kitchen Witch brews up toasted grain, wild herbs, and smoky hearthstone—like something pulled straight from the cauldron of a clever hedge witch, equal parts comfort and cunning.
🍂Pan Long "ghost-seeing tea"
Coiling Dragon by name, because these trees twist around their neighbors like a vine, and the cup is just as tangled: wild, spicy olive oil, fermented plum, molasses and sweet licorice. A returning Halloween favorite, with whispers that it helps drinkers spot the ghosts lingering at the edges of the room, we couldn't resist testing the rumor again.
🍂Witch's Broom red tea
Every leaf is bound by hand into a tiny broom, and one steep is all it takes for the spell to work. Smooth, bright, and soft-bodied, this red tea sweeps away the cobwebs without leaving any bite behind. Just don't be surprised if your feet leave the ground.
🍂Bianzi Cha "Braided tea"
Pu'er leaves plaited tight like a witch's braid, then steeped in the spell of a damp forest floor, aged wood, and dark, mellow earth. Each infusion unravels a little more, so keep sipping to see what's been woven in.

The zodiac is an evolutionary spiral. It tells a story. If we tune into the progression of this cycle, we get to move through its archetypes as they are showing up in our lives and in ourselves. This workshop is an immersion in this wheel... deepening our understanding and embodiment of the astrological archetypes through experiential meditation, plenty of astrology talk, and a guided movement journey. This workshop is a chance to walk a little deeper on the spiral~ or to get to know it in the first place!

SATURDAY 5/23 LEAVES OF SPRING GREEN TEA WORKSHOP
This will be an immersive green tea workshop that invites both newcomers and seasoned sippers alike. Over the course of two and a half hours, we’ll explore the rich world of Chinese green tea—its history, cultural context, unique processing methods and the sensory language it speaks through taste and aroma.
At the heart of this gathering is a tasting of rare and highly prized first flush Ming Qian green teas—those picked before the spring rains, when the leaves are at their most delicate and flavorful. You’ll brew these exceptional teas in small groups of four, learning hands-on how to prepare and evaluate iconic varieties like Dragonwell, Enshi Yulu, and Bi Luo Chun.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of what makes these teas special, how to brew them well, and how to recognize quality in the cup. This workshop is designed to be accessible and hands-on, offering a space to learn by doing, asking questions, and connecting with others through the shared practice of tea.
Whether you're deepening your appreciation or just beginning your tea journey, this workshop offers a rich, hands-on opportunity to connect with tea in a meaningful way.
This workshop is from 10:30am - 1pm. Feel free to arrive as early as 10 to settle in.
